In case it is not clear, the writing in the main image is actually a haiku and, just like in the original image, the last line has a few too many syllables to be a valid haiku. My understanding is that haiku are way harder to write in Japanese because the 5-7-5 pattern is based on sound units called morae (which are not the same as syllables) and it is rare for a word to be comprised of a single mora.
